  Technicians are helpful and polite, but give limited notice on arrival times. Office staff is unhelpful, with minimal options for service. More often than not seem to only offer quarterly or monthly services, vs one time service.

  The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The woman Martha at the counter was rude and obstenant. Costumer service should be able to address your issues and come to a decent resolution. I will never buy anything from them again.
